The Author

Hi! My name is Dr. Danny K. Simon. I am a dentist by profession and I have my own clinical setup situated at the border of Kerala, India. Me and my family, we are settled in Mangalore, Karnataka.

It's been a dream in my heart to start writing for a very long time. I would write in bits n pieces here and there but then scrap it off. I was never a disciplined writer. I was first introduced to blogging by my sister Hilda, when she had just started writing her own blog. I was quite fascinated by the whole idea and over a period of time decided to start blogging.

I want to thank foremost God, for helping me to start writing. He is giving me the right thoughts and the right words to put them down in writing. I also want to thank my wife Anu. She is my best friend, supporter; counselor… the list goes on! She has always encouraged me to start writing. Last but not the least; I want to thank my dear sister Hilda, who has helped me immensely to bring out this entire blog site. She has spent a lot of time behind implementing the design, adding new features, editing the articles and the whole works. Without her, this definitely would not have been possible! It has truly been a team effort!

My prayer is that this blog site would be of tremendous help to you. I sincerely hope that the articles here would inspire, motivate or encourage you to go forward in your life.
I decided to title the blog as "Love Life. Love People. Love God.”, because I sincerely believe that if a person wants to be truly successful in life, these three factors are keys.

I am a person of faith and the two greatest commandments that are said in the Bible are found in the book of Mark 12:30-31,"And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment.  And the second, like it, is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these." (NKJV)

Love God.
For a person to truly see success in their lives, it has to start by first loving God. I believe that God is the One who has created the Universe and we are His precious creation. When we learn to put God first in every area of our lives, everything else will simply fall into place.

Love People.
Leadership expert and author, Dr. John C. Maxwell says, "One is too small a number to achieve greatness." (The 17 Indispensable Laws of Teamwork). Every day we come across people and every day, we work with them whether we like it or not! It can be at home with our family, school, college or at the workplace. The key to having a successful life is to be able to love the people that are around us and learn to work with them together.

Love Life.
I think a lot of times; we forget that we need to have a good relationship with ourselves. In the Scripture quoted above, God says to love your neighbor as yourself. And today many people don't see success in their lives is because they simply haven't learnt to love themselves. They haven't learnt to love life as it is. Many people play the comparison game, "Oh, only if my life was like him or her….” Every person is unique and gifted in something. And a successful person is one who discovers their gifts and uses it to reach their maximum potential.
